Madison is a Munich-style malt falling in the 4 SRM color range. This imparts aromas of pretzel and hay and flavors of cake batter, saltine crackers, and toasted marshmallow.

All of our malts are grown and malted sustainably from field to kiln on our farm in Manhattan, MT.
