Contributes a dark golden color with honey and graham cracker sweetness. Also contributing flavors of cucumber, sweet tea and triscuit crackers.

Madison is a Munich-style malt falling in the 10 SRM color range. When incorporated in a beer’s malt bill, it may be used to add color, body, and malty flavor to a variety of beer styles. It is also suitable to be used in higher quantities in the more maltier traditional German beer styles like Marzen or Dunkel.
