The number 15 is the SRM on this malt. It has flavors of Multi-grain Cheerios and Wheat Thins. The profile is very light. If you are looking for an addition to your beer that won’t contribute a lot of color but will increase body and mouthfeel and improve head retention, this is a great addition.
