Characteristics

This malt is made from Saale Barley which was originally grown in the late 1800’s and was resurrected with the help of Montana State Universities Barley Lab. It is unique in analysis and flavor.

Pre/Prohibition Pilsner with aromas of honeydew melon and hay; flavors of cucumber, honeydew melon, green tea, and slight hay.
