Characteristics

Gallatin Pale Malt is the first malt variety produced at Gallatin Valley Malt Co. Grown, harvested, and malted right on our farm, Gallatin Pale is now one of our flagship malts.

This malt produces a light golden color with aromas of dry grass and sweet pizza crust, and bold biscuity, cucumber, honey flavor.

All of our malts are grown and malted sustainably from field to kiln on our farm in Manhattan, MT.
