Characteristics

Made from Genie Barley, it is malted and finished in our Roaster for a unique finish that gives it flavors of Cherry, Toffee, Dark Toasted Marshmallow, with hints of Vanilla and a Woody character. Its uses have been in Porters, Stouts, and Brown Ales. Typically an SRM of 130.
