Crystal Rye SRM 140

Crystal Rye 140 is our darkest specialty rye malt, roasted to 140 SRM to deliver exceptional color, depth, and complexity. It combines the bold, rustic character of rye with intense crystal malt richness, contributing a deep mahogany to dark brown hue.
