Bridger Roasted Barley is produced from raw, unmalted barley. Used as a specialty ingredient, roasted barley may be used to impart rich, dark colors to dark-colored beer styles such as stouts and porters. With Bridger, brewers can expect flavors of hazelnut, espresso, and cocoa powder paired with aromas of wood char and peat.
